For runners, it's a way to earn per-task income with no license, no quotas, and no middlemen. We are positioning REI Runner as a nationwide real estate field operations marketplace — built specifically for the on-site work investors need done.

REI Runner was started by Brian Louwers, a real estate operator who got tired of cold-calling friends-of-friends every time he needed a property checked in another city. The vision is simple: a vetted, on-demand network for real estate field work — so investors can operate confidently in their priority markets, and locals can earn real income without a license or a long-term commitment.
REI Runner is in active beta. We are building this market-by-market, with the people we serve.

What Runners May Not Do
Runners are independent contractors performing non-licensed field tasks. The following activities are out of scope.
